STEP 1:  Download and complete the 2024-2025 Application for Admission Additional Requirements.  You will scan and upload this along with your student’s birth certificate, family photo, student record release authorization form, a copy of your student’s most recent report card, and any other required documentation as listed on page 2 of the “Application Procedure”.  These will be uploaded on the final page of your Online Application in the “Resources” section at the very end (see step 2).  If you do not upload these additional requirements at the time you complete your online application, you must bring hard copies to our school office.
